Only way to trade them is to trade the lich itself and only converted liches can be traded.View full answer
Subsequently, question is, Can you trade a traded Lich?
currently any lich you convert to a follower can be traded and you can stockpile these (ie, have more than one lich you convert, even though only one will show up as your mysterious stranger), you can only trade these once, then they cannot be converted again according to what I read from de. ...
Regarding this, Are ephemera tradable Warframe?. No ephemera is tradable unless you count the ones from liches but those you technically are trading the lich and not the ephemera themselves.
Similarly, Can you trade a KUVA weapon?
This is how Kuva Weapons are traded, although I don''t really see much incentive for it any more. ... It can then be traded to another player, provided neither of you has an active Lich. You cann basically choose which Kuva weapon you get when you spawn your Lich.
Can you sell a KUVA Lich?
Only way to sell it is to first conver it then either you or the person your trading must have The Crimson Branch built in their dojo (also im pretty sure a Lich can only be traded once). Then just go to the Crimson Branch and from there trade the lich for whatever in exchange.

Before you killed a larvling there is no showing of ephemera but it will show a picture above their head before getting mercy kill to determine what weapon your kuva lich will be holding. As for ephemera it got 20% chance of your kuva lich spawning with the element you use to kill with.
Can I sell it? You "sell" kuva weapons indirectly. You have to sell the lich, which you can't do if you vanquished it, so unfortunately no.
Kuva Liches are created when a Kuva Larvling spawns into a 20+ Grineer mission and is killed by the player. While just about any Grineer mission over 20 will do the trick, I've personally found one particular mission to be a pretty sweet spot for generating Kuva Larvling.
Keep the Hallowed Flame alive during this limited-time Halloween tactical alert to get the exclusive Naberus Ephemera and conjure bats with every step! What To Do: Seek out the Zealoid and destroy him to procure the Hallowed Flame, a prized lantern whose light sheds the invulnerability of the enemies washed over by it.
To fight a Kuva Lich, the player must draw them out. To do this, nodes that the Lich has influence over must be completed and their Thralls destroyed. A Lich will also have specific resistances and immunities that are unique to the player.
In the trading menu choose "items" then type in the search bar "lich" or "kuva" for liches eligible for trade to appear; ... Ephemera liches are best to be enslaved rather than vanquished - that way both the initial owner (potential seller) and future owner (potential buyer) will have ephemera as a drop from the same lich.
Every Kuva Lich has a unique name and various randomized properties.
Yes, converting a Lich counts as completing it, as such you will be able to get a new lich, and you will receive all stolen goods back. If your lich has an ephemera, you will get it regardless of your choice, but you will only get its weapon if you kill it.
Back-to-back Duplicates - Your Kuva Lich will no longer have the same weapon twice in a row. While you may get a duplicated weapon down the road, your Kuva Lich will have a guaranteed different weapon than its immediate predecessor.
The weapons won't be tradeable but I think you can swap liches so.... yes it will be like riven trading with everyone trying to get that gram prime with bonus slash damage. I imagine that only a few kuva weapons will be really sought after.
